Earlier this week, Habbo staff released new Country Furni to the catalog. Some of these pieces included Grass Patches, Rock Dividers, Wells, Country Rain, and more! As Habbos had just about finished stocking up on these fine pieces of furni, Habbo staff released even more. They brought back the old Earth Day Forest Walls, Ditches, Scarecrows, Log Seats, and plenty of others to inspire you even more to spend a day in the Habbo country. Along with these spectacular new items, they have released Farm Animal Stickers to decorate your homepages and group pages with.
"There's plenty of room, just me and the farm animals. Oh, the water from the drinking well is amazing! You must have some when you arrive. I can't get enough of it!" CrashCarson wrote to his fellow staff members in his letter inviting them to enjoy the countryside aswell. Habbo staff has left the hotel for the weekend, and will return on Monday to tell us all about their trip. Who knows? There may be some fun competitions and events in store for us upon their return.

Greetings Habbo International! I am here to inform you that over the last few months, Habbo Staff all around the world has been working on creating a new update with tons of improvements. This update will be launched separately in a separate environment in a Beta testing environment. During the Beta testing period, Habbo Staff will be making improvements to the beta so when the final update is released, it is enjoyable by many Habbo's! To get a chance to participate, you will need to fill out a form, saying " Why we should pick you as a Beta tester" From there, they will then choose 50 Habbo's to beta test.
A few reminders...
1) Habbo Beta will not happen on an external website.
2) We will never send you a beta test link by email, if you do get an email regarding beta testing, please delete it, as it may be a phishing attempt.
3) The invitation to the Beta test will be sent by the Habbo Staff and will appear on your personal landing page.
4) If you are chosen, the Beta test log-in button will appear next to the normal login button. There are no other legal ways to enter Habbo Beta.
With that, go and fill that form out for a chance to participate in this one in a lifetime chance to Beta test an update, because after many Habbo's I have spoken with, they do not like certain things about the Beta, based on the pictures released by Habbo Staff, that is why your input is needed!
You only got a limited time to fill out the form, so get it done ASAP!

Sources have confirmed that on Monday, February 9, Habbo Russia will be closing for good. The Russians are set to move to Habbo USA - with rumors that each Russian moving will receive a coin voucher. This is the second Hotel to close - the first was Habbo China back in August 2007 due to bankruptcy. So, my fellow Americans, be prepared to welcome our new Russian guests!
I was able to translate some of the article posted on Habbo Russia:
"gather friends and pass with them on www.habbo.com, the international hotel, which assembles [khabbo] from the entire world! Specially for [khabbo] from Russia will there possibility pay coins, and is also created group for the Russian-language [khabbo]: [o])"
What will happen of the furniture and the coins?
To all, who possess furniture or coins, will be soon sent the code. This code can be will be used in habbo.com in order to obtain coins. In order to obtain letter with the code, IT IS NECESSARY TO ACTIVATE email. If you yet did not confirm your address, make the following: Call this reference (to confirm email ") and then on the page call button “to confirm email”. Now verify your mail - to you it had to arrive letter. Call reference in the letter. Your address is confirmed: [o])"
A little weird with grammar, but it is a foreign language. So it is confirmed- anyone that has furni or coins on Habbo RU will receive a voucher on Habbo US.

Furniture Line: Asian

It's been quite some time since the Asian furniture has been released. The Asian furniture has returned to Habbo with some awesome new items! Today i was looking through the catalog and came 
upon the Limited Edition. I noticed it was the Asian furniture and they added new items! This time around, Habbo has added a "Ox," which i find to be similar to the trophies, but with a "Ox" on top. [Definitely looks good in your trophies room!] Secondly Habbo has brought us two posters, "Ox," and, "Dragon." Both of these posters seem to be cool and you might want to get your hands on them! Lastly, we have the Moongate. This moongate is a unique arch you could use at a popular event! My favorite furniture item out of the Asian furniture would have to be the "Ox" trophy like item. I found this item fascinating and decided to grab my hands on it immediately!
Here is what some Habbos have to say about the new furniture added to the catalog.
Coach.Jay: "I don't like the new furniture other than the moongate personally."
Hothunny412: "I think they could have came up with something nicer and more interesting. It doesn't suit my likes."
Final words: There is always going to be people that don't like the furniture, but there is just as many that do like it. I say you check out this furniture for yourself and maybe get your hands on some!

Movie: Marley and Me

Please be advised this review contains spoilers. I tried writing the review the without spoilers, but failed. So, if you don't want the movie spoiled for you stop reading now. I saw Marley and Me on Christmas Day with my family. If you have every had a dog that you cared for very much, that eve
n at times the dog would be a nuisance, you still loved him/her, then the inevitable happens and your dog dies. If you fit that description bring a box of tissues. The plot of the movie is actually a very basic one. Journalist John Grogan gets his wife a puppy to take his wife's mind off kids, and their lives are never the same for it. We watch Marley grow into a ninety pound, underwear stealing, jewelry eating, drywall chewing wrecking ball, but we also see his unconditional love for his family, through the good times and the bad. And in the end, we see the inevitable end of Marley's long life and his family's loss at having to let him go. There are many funny moments in this movie, but this is by no means a Beethoven knockoff canine-comedy. This is a story of life, and a story of love in spite of difficulty, and this is the story that many people have shared as they have watched a beloved pet grow old and die.
The insensitive will see this as a cute movie but nothing more. The rest of us will need some time to regain our composure before we attempt to drive home. Once you get home, take your dog for a walk, throw a few balls, and tell them what good dogs they are. You'll definitely regret it if you don't.
Here is what a couple of professional movie critics had to say about Marley and Me:
Tom Long of the Detroit News said, "Marley & Me is everything you could want in a holiday movie -- family friendly, touching, funny. Plus, it's surprisingly intelligent and real. It may be the best family film of the year".
James Berardinelli of ReelViews said, "Want to see a grown man cry? Take him to Marley & Me".

Hey guys! This Guide will teach you how to trade on Habbo!
Step One: Find a Trade Room. You can do this by going to Navigator >>Guest Rooms >> Trade.
Step 2: Once you are in the room, either type in what you are buying or selling, or look at what other people are selling or buying. 
Step 3: When you are ready to trade someone, click their Habbo, and on their Options, click TRADE, a box will come up.
Step 4: Put the furniture you want to trade in the box under "You Offer"
Step 5: After confirming everything, click the check box that is next to "Accept"
And you're done!

The polar bear is one of the natural world's most famous predators - the king of the Arctic wastelands. But, like its vast Arctic home, the polar bear is under unprecedented threat. Both are disappearing with alarming speed.
You may ask, How do we stop this?
1. Recycle
2. Reduce
3. Reuse
The three following steps is what you may see at school.
But the following three steps can be the last hope to man kind.
If we dont cut back NOW, All the pollution we make will decrease the Polar Bear population by HUNDREDS.
Last year, hunters found half a dozen bears that had drowned about 200 miles north of Barrow, on Alaska's northern coast. "It seems they had tried to swim for shore ... A polar bear might be able to swim 100 miles but not 400.
This is truly ridiculous of how far the destruction of our world is begging..
Just when will YOU take and a stand and say NO to Pollution.
An follow the 3 R's of Life.
Its a decision you have to decide.
Just admit it. Can you really be apart of a Genocide that will wipe out a WHOLE species?
In my view point, I think we all should lend a helping a hand and make a cause and just be one less!

Hey Habbos!
Ever wonder how to keep your password safe from evil scammers?
Well, this guide will teach you all of the basics on how to make a super safe and easy to remember password!
First, never use any name in your password. For example, if your name is "Michael", don't make your password michael15. This will make your password easy to guess and therefore makes your password unsafe and puts your account at risk!
Second, always use uppercase and lowercase letters! If you do this, your password will be more secure because passwords are always case-sensitive, therefore making your password hard to guess.
Next, don't make it something that you aren't going to remember.
A BAD example of a password would be: Ah3729cbbbYAhfr
A GOOD example would be: KiTTenLOVeR83
Finally, don't use anything that will be easy to guess.
Such as, hahaHello1. There are many commonly used passwords that are easy to guess.
Now you know how to make a safe and secure password!
So if your current password falls under one of the BAD categories, CHANGE IT! :]

Please do not use the Call for Help to ask the mods about when Trading is returning.There are no safe Habbo editing or altering programs! This is to ensure the safety of your Habbo accounts!

Important Habbo security information!
By now, most Habbos will have noticed that certain Habbo activities are not currently available, like trading for example.
If you have photos on your wall in your Habbo room, and they appear to be invisible, do not panic. They are very well still there.
You might find it fun or funny to alter how Habbo is supposed to work, but, when another player tries to get you to download a program to change Habbo, what they don't tell you is that this will cause lag in the hotel and ruin the experience for some users. They also fail to inform you that by downloading these programs, you are putting your computer at Habbo Account at risk. The software can have a malicious software that can hack into your computer files and get passwords Also, using these programs to attack Habbo are against the Habbo way and your account could be banned.
These problems are happening because naughty Habbos are using software to attack Habbo and make it unable to use. To keep Habbos safe, some features have had to be disabled for the time being, but will be back up as soon as possible.

Important Security Information!
Many malicious software have been being advertised across Habbo Hotels Internationally. Someone may fool you and say that it is a game, or a funny picture. These programs include plug-ins / add-ons, .exe-, .xpi-files. 
Never under any means necessary install any software that you haven't heard of or seems suspicious. These can be very dangerous and unsafe to your Habbo Account and Password. There is software that logs everything that you type and the person who gave you the virus can read everything and get onto your account and do horrible things!
Never download anything that you think would be harmful to your account or your computer!
Remember: There are no safe Habbo editing or altering programs!
