I, Connor, the Behind The Habbo Manager, just HAD to post this article, (thanks to the help of deshawn) for all the Canadians out there.

I am a Canadian, and I am VERY proud to be a Canadian, and I hope you are too.

Whats New Canana?

Country furni-

      Well as you may know the country furni is out, and it is more then cool. It reminds me a lot of The Wizard of Oz. So what do you know that might just be a cool Idea. So get out there and get some of this amazing furni, you might just find it a amazing thing.

Free diving-

     You heard that right, free diving is now available on Habbo.ca. So if you haven't already, go on down to the lido pool deck and jump off that board. Just be careful not to hurt your self, because you know all about that pixel pain.

Movie Group-

      So on Habbo.ca, they have made a group for all of the Habbo's that like to see movies. I see movies all the time and I could tell you some movies that you might wanna see. Good thing is I wont have to, because Habbo is going to have some reviews on some movies that might just catch your eye. Just join the group and enjoy the pixel corn.

Music Group-

     Yes, there is a music group as well. I am a what you call a pure rocker and music is my life. To have a group like this would be awesome. So my news for you is to join it and share music you like with others. I made a lot of friends that way and I am sure you will to.

Lastly-

      Ecotron also has two new items. You might want to try and recycle any furni that you don't need. This is a good message for all you Habbo's. Think about the real world and just by recycling you can save lives.

Well the new collectible is out, and I am sure all you guys want one. The totem head is out and I think it is one of the best things to come out on Habbo. If you got the collectible from last month, this is sure to make it even better. When you stack the head on the totem light, which was last months collectible it instantly becomes a totem poll. Next month I bet there is going to be another piece to the totem poll. It only cost 25 coins, so get yours before the month is over! Here is a preview of the totem poll.

I really don’t have a dream car. I basically just think of a car as something that can get you from place to place. I don’t get too excited about them. If I had to pick, I might choose some kind of 70s muscle car.

I love all things VW, but am also partial to Audis. However, if I was to cruise the Route 66, it would definitely be in a vintage Mustang or Cadillac!

I am naturally very pale, but I tan fairly quickly without burning. I try to be careful, though, cause I really don't wanna be a wrinkly troll by the time I hit 30! I stay away from the tanning beds during the winter months, but I don't mind hanging out in the sun in the summer - with SF obviously :)

How many times a day do you look in the mirror? Truthfully... I do about 5 or 6 :)

Haha, I’ve really never thought about this and have definitely never counted. Perhaps that will be a pet project for tomorrow! If I had to guess, I’d say I must look in the mirror a lot. Certainly when I am getting ready to go anywhere, and also every time I’m in the bathroom washing my hands (since there is almost always a mirror right above the sink). That’s probably a whole lot of looking in the mirror!

Uh... weird question! I try to avoid any visual contact with mirrored surfaces before showering in the mornings.. I obviously spend some time in front of it to get ready after the shower, I glance in the mirror before I leave the house, and every time I wash my hands (you know, just to do a check-up to see that I don't have half my lunch stuck between my teeth or that my clothes aren't buttoned completely out of whack).. then again when I brush my teeth and wash my face before bed time. I don't really seek out mirrors, and I tend to be a bit surprised every time I accidentally see my reflection during the day (in subway windows or escalator mirrors).. I am not very narcissistic when it comes to self gazing ;)

Do you like comics?

When I was a little girl, I would devour comics such as Tintin, Lucky Luke, Calvin & Hobbes, Archie etc, then as I grew older I was pretty fascinated by Manga for a while.. those big eyes and tiny noses! I tried to read graphic novels such as the Sandman series, but it isn't really my style. I still love going back to my childhood favourites whenever I go home to see my parents (my collection is still there), but I never buy it anymore.

What are some things you do to calm yourselves down when you are angry?

Probably the best thing I can do that works is to vent with a friend and tell them what went down. Usually if I can talk about what happened and get it out of my system, it relieves the pressure. If you can find something funny in the situation, that certainly helps a whole lot too!

I actually don't get angry very often (, but when I do, trust me, you will notice! My eyes go black with fury.. my heart races and my body shakes. It is such a physical reaction and it is SO hard to stop it! However, I clench my teeth and my fists and I tell myself that I need to breathe and that there is no point in trying to say or do anything until I have calmed down, and so I walk away ;)

I have no idea why that sort of tradition exists. It really doesn’t make much sense, does it? I like blue a lot, and I think that lots of guys look great in pink. You should definitely wear what makes you happy.

I think the Rain is quite neat. Although I’m not a big fan of rain in real life, I think this is great in the hotel. It will definitely come in handy for a lot of different outdoor scenes (or for portraying a leaky roof!).

The rain is so lovely, just like the snow! And the rainbow is really cool, too. I think I like the whole series, though, just cause it is so easy to use with lots of different furni lines, and I also love that I can make outdoors rooms so easily now! All I am missing is a water patch!

Good for you for being environmentally conscious and taking steps to make things better! I walk where I can, and I also use public transit quite a bit. I do drive occasionally as well, when it’s necessary.

I just saw The Soloist this weekend. It seemed quite well done.

I saw "Sunshine Cleaning" last week, and I really liked it. Might not be the most exciting movie in terms of action, but it was sweet and I liked the characters a lot. Going to see Startrek tonight, all though I can't say I'm a "Trekkie" by any means (I don't think I ever saw an episode!). I do know how to do the "Live long and prosper" greeting, though.. I hope that they don't chase me away from the movie theatre, I hear Trekkies are vicious ;)

Line Dance Competition

Have you got the moves that your momma gave ya'?

Well, then all you have to do it gather up some friends and make a dance group, there should be no less than 3 members and no more than 10.

Once made your team, decide on a team leader! The team leader will be responsible to fill out the form.

The team leader should create a password protected room were your team can practice and where judging shall take place.

The routine should be between 30 seconds and 3 minutes in length.
Auditions for Habbo's Best Line-Dancing team will take place from Monday May11th to Wednesday May 13th.

The deadline to submit for the competition is, Thursday May7th at 12pm EST. :)

On Tuesday, Habbo will pick a few good mazes and allow all Habbos to vote. You can enter a friend's maze or your own! If you work as a team, you should probably stick to three per team, because there's a max of 3 badges per team. Check out the fiery elements in the catalog to get you started!

All finalists will receive a special badge, 3 months of HC, and the totem leg. The final winner will receive 200 credits as well!

Furniture Design Winner

Can you design Habbo furniture?

Habbo CA has finally finished their FURNITURE designer competition! The Habbo that won the competition was very creative and hit all of the staff's desires.

Franchiser, the winner of the competition, (who designed the pinball machine to the right) says "I wish this piece of furni could become reality. "

The CA staff gave Franchiser these prizes for his hard work:  3 Months of Habbo Club, an Executive furniture pack including: An Executive waterfall and an Executive map!

So we at HabbCrazy send our congratulations to Franchiser, keep up the great work! :) To all the other Habbos, thanks for all the hard work! :)

The Secret of Lemuria Revealed.....

Last week you habbos joined Gottfried on the Seaquad and made your Journey to Lemuria Island. This exploration wasn't easy, we know. There were tips and tricks and  you all had to deal with that silly secret code. Of course, of course, there was the kicking as well! What a pain in the well.... :(

In the end, 71 lucky Habbos successfully completed the quest and congratulations to them! Those 71 Habbos won a Ike-Turso badge and 2,500 pixels!

Problems With the New Trading Pass?

Are you Habbos having problems turning on your new trading pass? If so, Habbo CA has some troubleshooters for you. :)

1. Make sure that your habbo is 3 days or older.
 -If you aren't sure how old your account is, you can always check on your Habbo homepage! :)
2. Verify your e mail address!
 -If you put in a fake e-mail when you registered, be sure to change it here, Habbo CA will send you an e-mail. If you put the right e-mail? Click the resend link and they'll resend it to you.
3. Your Habbo MUST be in the hotel for one hour!
 -Check for the Achivement badge to assure that you do infact have it. Also, your hour must of been since the start of February 2009. :)

The Wolves are Howling

The wolves, also known as the Head Guides, from the Habbo Guide System will now be holding a small get-together within the Habbo CA hotel. There will be lots of socializing going on! Be sure to meet some other guides, exchange tips on helping, and much more.
